The Abstract: New Hope for Fibromyalgia Patients from a Different Perspective
I was overwhelmed by the suffering of fibromyalgia patients and that there is no medical evidence to explain this pain. The question here is that with so many people in so much pain, how can fibromyalgia not be a disease? Dr. Glasser offers the answer to this question in a way that you can use to help yourself as well as your doctors, to better understand.
Most importantly due to lack of specific examinations, analysis or pathology, there is no recognized treatment. Physicians can offer sympathy to patients, administer non-specific medications, and acknowledge their suffering and unanimously agree that nothing specifically helps. However, there is a great need to continue to see their patients. They are at the forefront of research and nothing I share can interfere with anything they are doing to treat their patients (Glasser).

Title: Research in Reality Therapy – Middle East
Abstract: Implementation of a Reality Therapy Counseling Program to Develop Internal Locus of Control among High School students
The sample consisted of (39) students (males and females) from the 10th grade, randomly selected and divided into four groups, two experimental groups consisting of (9) males (10) females, and control groups consisting of (10) males and (10) females, using the quasi-experimental method. Before starting the guidance sessions, the researcher implemented the Locus of Control scale by Julian Rotter; after the sessions were completed, the scale was applied to the experimental and control groups to determine the impact of the program on the development of the Locus of Control, then it was re-implemented (follow-up measurement) on the experimental group. The results indicated the effectiveness of the guidance program in the development of the internal locus of control, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the post-measurement and the follow-up measurement of the experimental group, indicating the group’s retention of the concepts of selection theory and reality therapy which they acquired in the program. The researcher suggested re-conducting the study on teachers with external control to know the effectiveness of the method of reality therapy in the development of internal controls and the impact on their relationship with students and activating the role of psychologists in boys’ and girls’ schools to make group guidance programs to prevent the expected problems.

Abstract: Satisfying Basic Needs According to Choice Theory (CT) in Creating Personality, Self-esteem, and Happiness of University Students.
This study examined the varying functions of basic needs satisfaction in predicting happiness, self-esteem, and creative personality among university students using a CT-based perspective.
A sample of 1100 university students completed the self-report measures of happiness, self-esteem, creating personality, and the Basic Needs Scale. Path analysis model (Structure Equation Modeling: SEM) was performed to analyze the predictive relationships between research variables. Findings provided supportive evidence for the major hypothesis of CT as the basic needs satisfaction increases, the happiness increases.
The results indicated that satisfying the need for survival, freedom, fun or entertainment, love and belonging contribute to self-esteem and happiness among university students.

Abstract: My Husband Has Suspicious Relationships. What Should I Do?
Family counseling stems from gaining insight into the existing problems of the counselee, and then working to address them. Gaining an insight into the available options and negotiating the possible outcomes or consequences of each partner’s choices, to achieve a balance and resulting happiness.
Women who discover a husband’s relationship with other women, experience four psychological crises; unfortunately, neither she nor most of the non-specialists she consults realize that the focus is on on the problem that often does not concern the other women (nor her responsibilities and choices).
The objectives of the presentation are:
1- Women’s awareness of the origin of the problem;
2- Actuate awareness about who is responsible for the problem;
3- Provide an awareness to women about their choices and resulting consequences.
4- Guiding the counselee to understand their needs and how to satisfy them in a responsible way.
